2023 Kala Kokua Fundraiser - Presale

Dear Soto Mission of Hawaii Members & Supporters,

I hope that this letter finds you in good health! 

Our annual fundraiser will be partnered again with Kala Kokua.  We have chosen three products for our fundraiser:  Smoked meat, Chicken Portuguese Sausage, and Jumbo Arabiki Sausage.  The price per item is $12.00.  Each item is fully cooked, frozen, and vacuum packed. 

To help reach our minimum sales requirement, we humbly ask that you purchase a minimum of 6 items.  (For example, you can order 2 smoked meats, 2 chicken Portuguese sausages, and 2 Arabiki sausages, or you can order 5 smoked meats and 1 Arabiki sausage. And of course, you can order more than a total of 6 items!)  Please complete the presale form and return with full payment.  Please make checks payable to the Soto Mission of Hawaii.

Timeline:

Wednesday, September 20     Presale Order Form is due (with payment)

Friday, September 22                Tickets mailed out (approximate date)

Saturday, October 7                  Product pick up at Soto Mission of Hawaii (8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.)
